Next to acquisitions of several companies CM Groep is as well interested in merging mobile messaging portfolios of companies. In 2012, CM Groep decides to acquire and integrate the Premium SMS services of Silverstreet into the portfolio.

In both 2010 and 2013 CM Groep acquires the SMS and IVR services and integrates the technical and administrative subjects of Mobillion in the Netherlands. The SMS service portfolio of technology company LogicaCMG is acquired by CM Groep in 2009.

Marijn joined CM in 2009 and has been involved in all acquisitions of CM. Marijn is the first point of contact as he evaluates potential acquisitions and investment proposals and manages bank and investor relations and financial analysis.

Marco has over 20 years of experience in the IT business and has experience as an international project and program manager in the telecommunications market. His main expertise is in the area of project-, program-, transition and change management.

Jan is CTO at CM Groep, has over 14 years of experience in the ICT field and is specialised in integrating mobile technologies into existing environments. In prior acquisitions he was the leading coordinator for all transition services.

Judith Wouters

Group Controller

Joined CM in 2010 and is responsible for finance and control at CM. Judith holds a Master of Sciences in Accountancy from Tilburg University and Nivra Nyenrode Business University. Prior to joining CM, Judith has worked as a corporate controller, advisory accountant and team leader, where she gave direction to multiple controller teams. Within CM, she has been involved with previous acquisitions, such as MobileWeb and Motricity.

Financial Integration

Joined CM in 2006 as the first financial officer. Within CM she is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations together with a team of five financial officers. Babs holds a bachelor degree in business economics. From 2009 Babs was involved in incorporating the financial systems of acquired services and companies into the CM workflow. Over the years Babs contributed to various acquisitions CM Groep has completed.

We realized a substantial growth in our net profit and volumes. This has led to a strong and solid financial base with limited external funding to date.

CM Groep has a substantial pool of funding at its disposal in order to acquire additional companies. Next to that, committed senior banking facilities are on stand-by and ready to be drawn upon, specifically designed for the purpose to fund acquisitions.

If necessary, CM Groep can call upon several private equity firms who all have expressed a strong desire to invest in the company. CM Groep has purposely developed and maintained close relationships with these firms as well as with several informal investors.
